Sask Residential Tenancies Act Updates 2021

In May of 2021 the legislation in Saskatchewan that sets the rules for both landlord and tenants in the residential housing industry has been updated and modernized. This provincial legislation is known as the Residential Tenancies Act or RTA. The CEO of the Saskatchewan Landlords Association, Cameron Choquette, summarizes these changes in a recent interview with Rental Housing Business TV (RHBTV).
